Creating a psychologically safe environment where people feel safe to ask questions, share ideas, and bring up concerns is one of the strongest predictors of workplace wellbeing. Learn about the importance of psychological safety and how to create it in your workplace. This workshop introduces psychological safety and how it can transform your workplace.  Gail will share the history and research behind psychological safety and why it is so essential to success.  It will include practice examples and strategies to help create psychologically safer teams.

Advanced Psychological Safety Coaching

This is a flexible option for those who want to take a deeper dive into psychological safety.  It will include individualized coaching for leaders and/or teams that want to embed psychological safety into their ongoing practice. This session includes how to create meetings and gatherings that promote psychological safety, and how to give and receive feedback. Gail includes practical examples and practices you can use right away in your teams and organization. The workshop will be flexible to your specific needs and context.
