  • The Self-Awareness Challenge

    1. Internal self-awareness:  Pay attention to where you feel feelings in your body.  Is your go to signal clenched fists or tight shoulders, tightness in your chest or a sick feeling in your stomach?  The challenge this week is just to notice and we will talk on Sunday about what you noticed and why it matters.

    2. External self-awareness:  Find 2-4 people that care about you and want the best for you but will give you the real goods too and then go to the Self-Awareness quiz by Dr Tasha Eurich:  ( Link to the quiz) or just ask them to consider these 2 questions from Dr Kristi Hedges (2019).  Also found on p. 38 of the book

    1. What’s the general perception of me?

    2. What could I do differently that would have the greatest impact on my success
